The two licences
A platform library licence covers use on that platform only; a royalty-free or licensed track from a music service covers your site, your emails and anywhere you host. Keep the two straight: platform audio for the Reel, licensed audio for the walk-through.
What Villenza provides
The editor includes tracks you can use on your reels, and on Top Producer and Brokerage you can upload your own licensed music into the brand kit so every reel uses it.
Choosing a track
Slow and quiet for luxury, brighter for a family home, instrumental almost always — lyrics fight the captions and can raise fair-housing questions. Cut the clips to the beat or pick a slower track; the music and voice-over guide covers the rest.
Questions
Can I use a song from TikTok's library on my website?
No — that licence covers TikTok. Use a licensed track on the site.
Is silence acceptable on the MLS version?
Yes, and many MLSs prefer it. Captions carry the facts.
