Brand the reel, not the clip
Villenza applies the brand kit — logo, colours, a title style, music — at the reel stage. The generated clip underneath carries nothing, so the unbranded MLS version and the branded social version come from the same generation.
Where the logo goes
A corner mark through the reel, or an end card; never over the room's landing detail. Small and consistent beats large and loud — the house is the subject, the logo is the signature.
What stays off the video
The address and the price, which date the clip and make it unusable after the sale. Both belong in the caption. The MLS guide covers unbranded requirements.
Questions
Can the whole team share one brand kit?
On Top Producer and Brokerage, the brand kit is set once and applied to every reel the team makes.
Can I use my brokerage's logo and my own?
Both fit on an end card; most agents use the brokerage mark in the corner and their own on the card. Check your brokerage's branding rules.
