What do I actually get?

An HD video file of one of your rooms, 720p on Agent and up to 1080p on Studio, with the camera move you chose, built from the photos you uploaded. From that you can cut vertical reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, add music, a transition and your logo, and download every file. A listing includes 15 video generations plus 2 free re-generations; reels, edits and downloads are unlimited.

How does an AI real estate video generator turn photos into video?

You add a photo of a room, or two, and pick one of 38 camera moves. The model then renders the camera travelling through the room, from your first photo to your second, as real motion rather than a slideshow, and stops where the last photo stops. It is instructed not to add furniture, rooms or views.

How many photos, and what makes a good set?

One photo of a room is enough: the camera moves through it. For a clip that travels, add a second photo of the same room a few steps on. The first is where the clip opens and the second is where it lands. Same room, same lighting, taken in one pass. A pair that jumps between floors or between day and night is the usual reason a clip comes back wrong.

Does it invent rooms or furniture?

No, and it is instructed at every step not to. The camera moves through the photographs you supplied and stops on the framing of your last one. If a set of photos can't support the move you picked, the planner says so instead of filling in the gap.

Can I post the videos on the MLS, Zillow and social media?

Yes. You own every clip and can use it commercially anywhere: the MLS where video is accepted, Zillow, Realtor.com, your website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Check every clip before you publish it, and follow the rules your MLS or portal applies to AI-generated or altered media; some ask for a disclosure.

What is the AI Listing Planner?

You point it at a folder of photos and it reads every one, then comes back with the clips worth making — each with its camera move and its photos in order — plus two or three reels to cut from them. Where a room's photos won't support a move, it says so and tells you what to go and photograph instead. On Studio, one click turns the plan into a finished listing.

How long does a video take?

A few minutes for one clip, and you don't have to wait on the page — it renders in the background and you get a notification. A whole listing queued at once finishes while you get on with something else.

Is there a free plan?

There is no free plan, but your first video is free. Creating an account is free and needs no card. Your first listing is free and includes one 5-second 720p HD AI video with any camera move; downloading it needs a verified email. After that, generating video needs a plan: Agent is $29 a month for 2 properties, and you can cancel any time.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and everything you made stays in your account afterwards. An unused subscription can be refunded within 7 days — see the Refund Policy.
