The MLS
- Check your board's rules: most allow a video link, many require it to be unbranded (no agent name, logo or contact details in the video), and some restrict where it can be hosted.
- Make an unbranded cut for the MLS and a branded cut for everything else. In Villenza, the brand kit is applied at the reel stage, so the original clip is unbranded.
- Use the virtual-tour or video field, not the remarks.
Zillow, Realtor.com and the rest
The portals generally display what syndicates from the MLS, and some offer their own upload tools for agents. Each changes its rules and features over time; check the portal's current guidance rather than assuming.
Hosting
Download the original file from Villenza and host it where your MLS expects — a video platform, your website, or the MLS's own tool. Keep the branded reel for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and your listing page.
Questions
Do I have the rights to post the video anywhere?
Yes — Villenza clips are yours to use commercially in any listing or ad, on every plan, and downloads are unlimited.
Should the MLS video be vertical or wide?
Wide, one to three minutes, in showing order. The length guide has the numbers by platform.
