Settings to lock
Use the main lens for every photo — phones switch to the wide lens on their own and the frame changes. Keep HDR on or off for the whole set. Shoot landscape. Turn on the grid to keep the horizon level.
The three-step sequence
Doorway, a step forward, at the feature; same chest height, same aim. Check the first and last frame before you leave the room — the clip opens on one and lands on the other. The listing video guide covers choosing the rooms.
Light and blinds
Open every blind, turn on every lamp, and do not change them mid-set. Expose for the room; bright windows are fine. Shoot exteriors early or late.
Questions
Is a phone good enough for luxury listings?
For the video, yes — the output is 720p and the phone's sequence matters more than its sensor. Use the photographer's set where you have it, and the phone for the in-between frames.
Should I use portrait mode?
No — it blurs the background and the set becomes inconsistent. Standard photo mode, main lens.
