The community
A drone fly-over of the site from a licensed pilot's stills shows the phases and the amenity; a tracking walk through the amenity centre and along the trail shows the life. A drive-in clip from the highway shows the commute.
The models
One video per model per the new construction guide — a dolly into the great room, a staircase climb, an overhead rise over the island — reused for every lot on that plan, with the caption naming the model and the upgrades.
Progress and honesty
A monthly clip of the site's progress keeps the launch alive on social. Every video says which lot and which stage; the model's finishes are never implied for a base-spec home.
Questions
How many videos does a launch need?
One community video, one per model, and a monthly progress clip. The model videos are reused across dozens of lots.
Can the sales team make these themselves?
Yes — three photos per room of each model, and the community photos and aerials, and the whole set is built in an afternoon.
